La Torre de las Américas ^[1] (en inglés: Tower of the Americas) es una estructura de 750 pies que funciona como torre de observación y como restaurante ubicado en el Parque HemisFair en la parte sureste del centro de San Antonio, Texas, al sur de Estados Unidos. La torre fue diseñada por el arquitecto local O’Neil Ford y fue construida como una estructura temática de la feria mundial de 1968, HemisFair ’68.

La torre fue la más alta en su tipo en los Estados Unidos desde 1968 hasta 1996, cuando se completó la torre Estratósfera de Las Vegas o Stratosphere Tower. Es el edificio más alto de San Antonio, el vigésimo séptimo más alto en Texas, y el edificio más alto en Texas fuera de Dallas o Houston.

The Tower of the Americas is a 750-foot (230-meter) observation tower-restaurant located at HemisFair Park on the southeastern portion of Downtown San Antonio, Texas, United States. The tower was designed by San Antonio architect O’Neil Ford^[1] and was built as the theme structure of the 1968 World’s Fair, HemisFair ’68.

It was the tallest observation tower in the United States from 1968 until 1996, when the Las Vegas Stratosphere Tower was completed.^[2] It is the tallest building in San Antonio, and the 27th tallest building in Texas.
